The Cosworth DFV (Double Four Valve) engine on display in 1967. It was developed by Cosworth for Team Lotus with funding from Ford and took Formula One by storm upon its introduction, taking pole position and victory at its first Grand Prix. It remained the dominant engine in Formula One for almost fifteen years.
