Bruce McLaren (McLaren M7A Ford) leads Jacky Ickx (Ferrari 312) and Piers Courage (BRM P126). McLaren and Ickx finished in 1st and 3rd positions respectively. This was the McLaren constructors maiden Grand Prix win. Ref-68BEL06.

Brian Redman (Cooper T86B BRM) about to crash at Les Combes due to front suspension damage. The car hit a barrier and some parked cars and caught fire, seriously injuring a marshal and leaving Redman with burns and a broken arm.
