Home2000 DTM Testing

2000 DTM Testing: Hockenheim, Germany. 17th November 2000 Motorbike star Ralf Waldmanntests a Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM car. After 20 laps on the short track of the Hockenheimring, Ralf Waldmann was very impressed: ÒSuper, I can handle the car quite well, although the conditions on the track (wet and slippery track), especially at the beginning of the test werenÕt perfect. The CLK is great fun to drive and easy to control. It is definitely a big advantage that you donÕt fall when the wheels lock up. IÕm delighted that Mercedes has kept its promise and has allowed me to try such a car. However, this test should be seen as a unique occasion, and not as a definite indication for the future.
