There was little to celebrate for race winner Carlos Reutemann (ARG) Williams (centre) following his accidental involvement in the fatal accident of Osella mechanic Giovanni Amedeo on the Friday. Jacques Laffite (FRA) Ligier (Right) was second and Nigel Mansell (GBR) (Lotus) (left) took his first podium finish with third.
